The Candy Factory Lofts is a true loft conversion building, encompassing an entire city block at Queen Street W. and Shaw Street. Developed and finished by the Metrontario Group in 1999/2000, the Candy Factory is a century old warehouse that was once the Ce De Candy Company factory.

It is a six story post and beam loft building with 121 units, ranging in size from 1100 square feet one bedroom units to 3500+ square feet two-level penthouse suites. Some of the building features include real hardwood strip flooring, some exposed brick, mezzanine bedrooms, exposed fir columns and beams, exposed wood ceilings, floating spiral ductwork and granite counters, just to name a few. Many suites feature gas fireplaces and kitchens. Due to its massive size the Candy Factory offers a 24 hr. concierge, party room, a guest suite, fitness room, roof terraces and phenomenally wide hallways.
